Quality Policy

 

Select Colours Ltd recognise that the discipline of quality, health & safety and environmental management are an integral part of its management function.  The Company views these as a primary responsibility and key to good business practices.

The Company places particular emphasis on ensuring client satisfaction by:

–  Responding promptly and accurately to all Client enquiries

–  A constant pursuit of quality, value and reliability in the products and services that the Company supplies to its Clients

–  Constantly striving to meet and where possible exceed its’ customers’ expectations

–  Working closely with its clients in seeking to produce high quality product

–  Adopting a forward-looking view on future business decisions which may have an impact on quality

– Seeks to promote and help clients reduce their carbon footprint

The company is constantly seeking to maintain and where possible improve the quality of its products and the service it offers to its customers by conducting its business according to the following principles;

–  Following a concept of continuous improvement and making the best use of management resources in all quality matters

–  Taking care to ensure that all activities are safe for all Select Colours staff, subcontractors and customers

–  Providing Customer satisfaction by delivering the highest quality products and services at a competitive price

–  A system of Management Review to ensure that the Quality Systems are working effectively

–  Policy to be reviewed annually

The ability of Select Colours Ltd to meet these objectives is measured through the internal audit process to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the company as well as the process for continual improvement and for the detection and prevention of non-conformance. Customer satisfaction is monitored and used as a basis for continual improvement.
